D.J. Lipke, Vice President

D.J. Lipke currently serves as a Vice President of Prairie Capital, and is responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities, leading due diligence, structuring transactions, and supporting portfolio company investments.
Prior to joining Prairie Capital, D.J. was an Associate at Summit Partners where he focused on sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities as well as working with portfolio companies. He began his career as an Analyst in JPMorgan´s Investment Banking Division, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions advisory and debt and equity financings.
D.J. received a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, graduating summa cum laude in Finance and Economics. He received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. D.J. lives in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago.
In addition to his responsibilities at Prairie, D.J. is a member of the Big Shoulders Fund Auxiliary Board and is a mentor to children in the Big Shoulders program. |
