EXPERIENCE
Michelle currently serves as Managing Director – Human Resources for Prairie Capital where her focus is to assist our portfolio companies with their human capital efforts. Prior to that she was a Partner in the Retirement and Investment Practice for Aon Hewitt, focusing on post-merger integration and retention strategies, initiatives and solutions, and strategic planning. Michelle has also held a variety of senior level Human Resource roles with Ennis Knupp & Associates, Zurich Insurance, KPMG, LLP, and as a Human Capital Consultant focusing on M&A activities, organizational design, leadership development and recruiting and retention.
OTHER
Michelle is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, Human Resources Management Association of Chicago and holds the Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) from SHRM. Additionally, she volunteers at the Chicagoland Boys & Girls Clubs and The Caring Place.
