Michelle is responsible for assisting Prairie's portfolio companies with their organizational structure and human capital efforts. Prior to Prairie, Michelle was a Partner in the Retirement and Investment Practice for Aon Hewitt. She has also held a variety of senior level Human Resource roles with Ennis Knupp & Associates, Zurich Insurance, KPMG, LLP, and as a Human Capital Consultant focusing on M&A activities, organizational design, leadership development and recruiting and retention. She received a B.S. in Marketing from Purdue University and is currently pursuing her MBA from DePaul University. Michelle is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, Human Resources Management Association of Chicago and holds the Senior Professional of Human Resources from SHRM. She and her husband have five children and live in Highland, Indiana.
