Mike is responsible for analyzing new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and assisting in the ongoing management of the firm’s portfolio companies in the Healthcare sector. Prior to Prairie, Mike was a Senior Associate at Water Street Healthcare Partners, where he focused on sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities in the healthcare industry. He began his career as an Analyst in the Global Mergers and Acquisitions Group at BofA Merrill Lynch in New York. Mike received a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a member of the Executive Committee for the Midwest Chapter of Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors. Mike and his wife live in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
