Prairie Capital is pleased to announce the promotion of Roderick Mills, Jr. to Senior Associate.

Rod joined Prairie as an Associate in 2023. Prior to Prairie, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at KPMG Corporate Finance. He began his career as a Fixed Income Analyst at Magnetar Capital. Rod graduated from Miami University with a B.S. in Finance.
