Chris is responsible for fund and management company accounting and treasury management at Prairie. Prior to Prairie, Chris served as an Assurance Manager at RSM US LLP, where he specialized in financial statement audits of private equity funds and business development companies which included buy-out funds, venture capital funds, mezzanine debt funds, SBIC funds, and publicly traded business development companies. He began his career with Sikich LLP, where he was a member of the assurance and consulting teams working in the manufacturing and distribution, construction, and local government sectors. Chris received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Illinois State University. He also holds an active CPA license (Illinois). Chris lives in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois.
