Greg is responsible for providing legal services to Prairie's portfolio companies. Prior to Prairie, Greg was a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, where he represented clients in a variety of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, non-control investments, and joint ventures. He began his legal career at Sidley Austin LLP. Greg received a B.A. in History from Whitman College and a J.D. from Washington and Lee University, magna cum laude. He and his wife have three children and live in Elmhurst, Illinois.
