Nate is responsible for day-today management of the firm, investing activities, and investor relations. He focuses on investments in the Consumer Services sector. Prior to Prairie, Nate was a Senior Analyst at BMO Nesbitt Burns Equity Partners, Bank of Montreal's middle-market private equity group. He began his career as an Analyst in Credit Suisse First Boston's Investment Banking Division, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions advisory and debt equity financings in the Global Industrial and Services Group. Nate received a B.S. in Accountancy, with Honors, from the University of Illinois' Geis College of Business and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a member of the Dean's Business Council for the University of Illinois Gies College of Business. Nate and his wife have three children and live in Western Springs, Illinois.
