Pat is responsible for analyzing new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and assisting in the ongoing management of the firm's portfolio companies. Prior to Prairie, Pat was an Associate at Waud Capital Partners, where he focused on evaluating and executing new investment opportunities and supporting portfolio companies in the Healthcare industry. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at William Blair, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions advisory and equity financings in its Healthcare Group. Pat received a B.S. in Finance from Ohio State. He and his wife live in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois.
